Once an order is placed and the design is confirmed, no changes or modifications will be accepted.
Images, names, and other personalized details provided must be accurate and free from copyrighted content unless authorized.

3. Ordering Process

Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. This serves as acknowledgment of receipt but does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
Order Review: Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Order Fulfillment: Orders typically ship within two days, with a standard delivery window of 5-8 working days.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated time frames, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Benybees is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as shipping carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs delays.
We currently ship within Pakistan. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact us to discuss possible accommodations.

5. Returns and Refunds

No Returns on Customized Orders: Since each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items.
Claims for Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence and/or additional details to process your claim. Eligible claims will be resolved by either issuing a replacement or, at our discretion, a refund.

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices listed on Benybees.com are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
