At Benybees, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Since our products are customized to meet each customer’s unique requirements, please review our returns policy carefully.
1. Customized Products – No Returns
All customized orders are final and cannot be returned. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order is completed and shipped. We encourage customers to review their customization details carefully before placing an order.
2. Claims for Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept general returns, we do accept claims for items that are received damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and include:
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photographs showing the damage or defect, including images of the item and packaging.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either:
- Replace the item at no additional cost.
- Issue a partial or full refund, as appropriate.
3. Claim Process
To make a claim for a damaged or defective item:

- Our team will respond within 3-5 business days to confirm the next steps.
4. Eligibility for Damage Claims
Claims for damaged or defective items are only eligible if:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- The claim is made within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Sufficient evidence (clear photos) of the damage is provided.
5. Exceptions
We cannot process returns or refunds for:
- Non-damaged customized items.
- Claims made after the 3-day window from delivery.
- Products returned without authorization from our customer service team.
