1. Processing Time
Each product at Benybees is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may be extended. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out as per the shipping method selected.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping within Pakistan. Delivery times depend on your location and may vary slightly due to external factors.
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days from the date of shipment.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, or extreme weather conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and delivery location. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your order.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to check the delivery status of your package. If you have any questions about tracking, please contact us at support@benybees.com.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
We carefully package our products to ensure they reach you in excellent condition. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We may request photographic evidence and other details to process your claim.
- Damaged Items: Eligible claims for damaged items will be resolved by issuing a replacement or a refund, as per our discretion.
- Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, please let us know, and we will investigate the issue promptly.
6. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
7. Shipping Restrictions
