Refund policy

We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return / exchange.

To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return / exchange case, you can easily contact us or drop us an email at Our team will try the best to work towards a satisfactory solution as soon as possible. Lead time for complain resolution is 24 to 48 hours. If your case is accepted, our courier will pick-up the parcel from your doorstep within 5 to 7 working days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, short content or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such event, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Customized products are non-refundable on the basis of change of mind or did not like the product (such as special orders, create your own products, all type of customized mobile cases, laptop skins or personalized items). We also do not accept return / exchange for products with personalized name, text, number etc on any product.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and received, we will send the other product as per the correspondence with the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your provided banking details within 2 to 3 weeks. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
